Michelle Haworth

Executive Director

Originally from Kentucky, Michelle Haworth developed a strong sense of dedication to community service as an undergraduate at the University of Kentucky. As a volunteer with Catholic Social Services, Shriners Children’s Hospital and Habitat For Humanity, she was inspired to pursue service opportunities internationally. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Michelle accepted an invitation with the Peace Corps to work with women and children in a small, rural town in Tunisia, North Africa. This opportunity deepened her passion for international service and brought her to Washington, DC, where she continued working in the nonprofit world. While pursuing a Masters of Science in Business from Johns Hopkins University, she ventured into corporate technology and discovered a love for global project management. Michelle and her husband, Pedro, have been blessed with four children and are parishioners of Church of the Nativity, Burke, VA.
