What is a CBC Virtual Mission Trip?
The CBC Virtual Mission Trip is a six-week experience created for a team of 10-12 people. The journey will be spiritual, catechetical, and practical - transporting you virtually to the international or local mission site communities that we would typically serve during our in-person mission trips.
Accompanied by a team leader and priest chaplain, missionaries will encounter a discovery of faith, community and works of mercy with each virtual mission trip experience.
What does it cost?
Registration fee is $200 per person of which $100 goes directly to the mission site directly and $100 helps support CBC’s mission ministry grow.
“None of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.” ~ St. Teresa of Calcutta
How does a CBC Virtual Mission Trip work?
Your mission trip begins with a virtual team kickoff. Every day you will have access to reflections that have been customized for CBC missionaries. For the following 5 weekends, you will have an opportunity to participate in an hour live event with fellow missionaries. These events will be diverse and distinctive: engage with mission site locals via Zoom, celebrate the sacraments with the team and chaplain, participate in service projects serving the poor, and enjoy community with fellow missionaries.
